Programme Overview

We support ambitious and dedicated orphaned young adults throughout their university years. Our holistic programme is centred around discipleship because we believe spiritually mature young adults is the most important outcome of our programme.

Our next biggest target is for our students to gain employment after graduation, which is where our universty sponsorship, skills courses, and internships come in.

Our approach involves nurturing the gifts and talents of our students, while also helping them to develop new skills and personal attributes. We believe this will result in positive change not only in their own lives, but also in those of their families and communities.

Students join the programme after graduating from secondary school. Prior to joining university, our students live on the NRF Compound for 3 months where they are discipled, taught life skills and employment skills, and are mentored. After they head to university, they continue to be discipled and mentored and come back to stay with us during the holidays. Through this programme (see boxes below), we aim to equip, empower and encourage our students to reach their full potential.
